Nowadays, the information systems have become essential for organizations which constitute a necessity in order to take the decisions of better quality. This is the reason that forces the orientation towards the computerization process. However, all organizations are seeking an information system which allows an evolution, a development and an improvement of their business processes. This is the reason for which we consider putting in place an awareness information system so that it can sensitize citizens about contagious and infectious diseases such as AIDS (HIV) and hepatitis (A - B - C), and adapt to the needs of citizens according to their emotional states expressed during the online training, as well as other indicators of adaptation (generation, gender, city, language, knowledge level). The objective of this work is to study the management, which is responsible for the information system that helps to sensitize on sexual and reproductive health. This study is characterized by the use of information technologies and communication, aimed at improving the process, communication between users and information systems and the effectiveness of the administration, either in terms of deadlines, quality, or productivity of public officials to protect the generation

The analysis of Moroccan companies’ resilience is of extreme importance, especially in times of crisis. Covid-19 is an example that revealed the shortcomings and weaknesses of most Moroccan companies when it comes to crisis anticipation and management. In this paper, we have chosen to study the case of companies from two important industries in Morocco: agriculture and tourism. The aim is to investigate the level of preparation of these companies for the crisis, their reaction during the pandemic, and the lessons learned to be more resilient. The two case studies show a lack of preparation due to the sudden occurrence of the crisis, however, the impact was different between the two, due to the nature of the activity and the business size; one is a small local company (agriculture) and the other is the branch of a multinational one (hospitality). The study case results show that most of the companies’ functions were impacted (procurement, production, sales, etc.). These companies’ reaction was different as well, from acting on the inventories and managing the production (Agriculture Company) to optimizing human and financial resources and exploring swinging activities (Hospitality Company). Both got government support. The two companies agreed that the most important aspect of resilience is finance resilience which considers the wider definition of “generating value” that includes in addition to the turnover, the environment, the social and governance aspects (commonly known as ESG). According to the case study, for better resilience in the future, a greater awareness of the importance of financial & environmental resilience is key, and the use of performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) is the way, to allow close monitoring of the activity to be alarmed in advance and strategically anticipate big crises

    Get PDF
The article reviews the economic organization and effectiveness of adult education using virtual reality technologies. The main driver of the development of the immersive learning market is the demand from corporations. It is still expensive for most schools and universities, but companies, on the contrary, see it as a way to reduce costs. Immersive learning is a method that uses an artificial or simulated environment that allows students to become fully immersed in the learning process. In addition to creating a distraction-free environment, it can break the monotony of learning and development through stimulating visuals. Immersive learning can make learning more productive and valuable by increasing student engagement. The article also considers the factors that make immersive technologies an innovative tool for use in the marketing strategies of educational institutions and for the promotion of educational content. Immersive learning is a dynamic strategy that can improve e-learning and revolutionize the world of education. This method has great potential to lead the future of learning and help achieve its important goals. VR training is especially in demand in industries with a high line staff turnover: it reduces the cost of continuous training of new employees. Their business applications are almost limitless, from order picking and surgical operations to digital twins to modelling and tracking manufacturing plants, supply chains and other complex systems. AR and VR significantly increase the value and convenience that these opportunities create. These technologies improve how users visualize and access all new monitoring data, how they receive and follow instructions and product manuals, and how they interact. It was concluded that with immersive technologies in educational marketing, the educational market would develop, increase and change under the influence of innovations. It is also believed that the money spent on such technologies is not considered an expense but an investment in the development of the company and the person

Nowadays, Morocco keeps showing several efforts as part of sustainable development to introduce environmental management measures within companies, no matter what their size or activity field. However, studies prove the impact of these measures on psychosocial risk management which are still limited or inexistent. This paper explores the impact of poor environmental management as a factor affecting health and psychosocial well-being at work. The question is: How can environmental practices contribute to reducing psychosocial risks in the workplace? To answer this question, an experiment including the distribution of a questionnaire was carried out, addressed to 150 employees working in industrial companies in the Larache’s region, Morocco. The collected responses show that the psychosocial health of more than ninety percent of those surveyed is directly impacted by living conditions at work. These results indicate that responsible environmental management practices are necessary to improve employee well-being and reduce psychosocial risks in organisations

The impact of the integrated supply chain on the operational performance of companies in the Moroccan electric vehicle sector

    Get PDF
This study supports the idea that supply chain integration decisions are essential in the choice of strategy for the electric automotive industry in Morocco. Some studies indicate that the most admired and feared competitors today are companies that link customers and suppliers and their internal processes to tightly integrated networks. On the other hand, empirical studies have shown that supply chain integration is no guarantee of success. On the basis of these assertions, we will examine the relationship between supply chain operational performance-dependent variables (cost, quality, flexibility, and time) and integration-independent variables (customer, supplier, and internal integration). The current research is considered a causality study, addressing the effect of the three dimensions of integration on the operational performance of companies in the Moroccan electric automotive sector. Empirical data were collected from 253 companies, using a questionnaire developed and refined through interviews with experts and the panel of judges. Statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regressions were used. The results of the study indicate a significant positive relationship between the integrated supply chain and the operational performance of the supply chain of companies in the Moroccan electrical automotive sector. Thus, the results affirmed that this sector interlocutors report a close relationship between integration and supply chain performance
